Return & Refund Policy

At Minely, your satisfaction means everything to us. We aim to provide premium-quality products, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, items like personal care products, opened cosmetics, and customized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@minely.in with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for return. Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, we’re happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection.

5. Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Responsibility During Return Shipping

Please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to poor packaging may not qualify for a refund.
